This Buck 401 Kalinga hunting knife is a must-have for any collector or outdoor enthusiast. The knife features a full tang blade with a plain edge and a black micarta handle. It comes with its original leather sheath paperwork and display/storage case, making it a great addition to any collection. I have discussed this with someone who works for the Buck knife company, who believes this knife dates from 1969 to 1970. It has a single blade and is ambidextrous in nature. The knife features a black Micarta handle with three bright brass rivets, stout brass guard, 440C skinning blade (upswept full tang with trailing point) – original six brass rivet leather sheath – comes in its original embossed collector/display/storage case. Knife measures 10″ overall – blade length is 5″. As far as I can tell, with the exception of the patina on the guard, this knife is FLAWLESS!
