It came with 1 KA-Bar tag but I only have One so It will not be included in your Tray. These came from a Remingstone display cabinet to show their hunting knives to customers. Could be used for many options. Inside tray dimensions 14 5/8 long by 2.25 inches wide. Show some minor wear. Please see photos as they are considered part of the description.
